Production Details Aromatic ingredients were added at 5 Baumé and fermented with the juice until fortification at 1 Baumé. The wine then infused for a further three months. Separately simmered cinchona bark produced a bitter quinine solution that was added immediately before bottling.
Tasting Notes Intense citrus, floral notes, and a bitter finish.
Food Pairing Serve over ice with sparkling water and orange rind.
