Production Details Fruit is sourced from the western part of Crayères Vineyard. Sauvignon Blanc was planted there in 2004 using F4V6 and H5V10 Australian clones on 101-14 rootstocks, at 4,444 vines per hectare with 1.5-metre rows and a fruiting wire 50 centimetres above ground.
Tasting Notes Savoury and dry, with firm acidity, ripe fruit flavours, velvety texture and persistent flavours.
