Tasting Notes Fresh cranberry, toasted spice, ripe tamarillo, earthy notes, dark plum, dark fruit, herbal notes, Tasmanian acidity, lingering finish, and oak spice.
Food Pairing Baked gnocchi with wild mushrooms and pesto-Parmesan béchamel; or roast pork with pistachio stuffing, braised leeks, and creamy butternut mash.
