Production Details The cool-climate 2024 growing season featured long, even development and largely mild summer conditions, allowing slow, even maturation and retention of natural acidity.
Tasting Notes Bright pale gold with a green hue; ferrous, flinty and slate-like minerality, wet stone, oyster shell, sea spray, nougat, pistachio, green olive brine, curry leaf, roasted macadamia, almond, brioche, struck match and toasty oak spice; phenolic grip, bright acidity, sea salt, caper, raw kingfish and lemon-curd creaminess.
