Production Details Fruit was sourced from six family-owned, certified-organic vineyards associated with the Barich family at Loxton, the Strachan family in McLaren Vale and Renmark, the Palena family in the Riverland, the Carypidis family in Virginia, and Yalumba's own vineyard at Waikerie.
Tasting Notes Crimson with violet hues; spiced plum, peppercorn, fruit cake, forest floor, violets, spice, Dutch licorice, plum and cherry; medium-bodied with soft, silky tannins and a persistent savoury finish.
Food Pairing Mexican lasagne; bruschetta pasta; or a Swiss brown mushroom burger with caramelised onions and hot chips.
