Production Details A cooler-than-average South Australian spring included isolated frost and intermittent thunderstorms; ideal flowering and fruit-set were followed by a dry, cool December and cooler-than-average summer, producing an unhurried harvest with Cabernet Sauvignon picked in peak condition.
Tasting Notes Dark red with a magenta core; red currant, fresh cranberry, dried Italian herbs and charcuterie aromas; red, blue and black fruits, cinnamon, vanilla chai and cedar oak, with fine silky tannins and refreshing acidity.

Production Details A small, high-quality South Australian harvest followed cool budburst, windy flowering and early-summer Adelaide Hills bushfires; dry conditions through the rest of summer and autumn enabled optimal ripening, though yields were reduced.
Tasting Notes Bright cherry red; mulberry leaf, bay leaf, cocoa, cassia, star anise, blackberry and bramble aromas; rhubarb, dark fruit, beetroot, mint, summer pudding and whipped cream, with cashew, walnut and fine lacy tannins.
