Production Details A multi-regional South Australian blend. The cool 2023 season produced a prolonged vintage and slower ripening; well-managed blocks supplied Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon suited to the Koonunga Hill style.
Tasting Notes Brick red with a dark core; liquorice, aniseed, ripe fig, quince, plum, clove, cinnamon, vanilla, black pepper-crusted pastrami, cedar, incense, London bun and marzipan; taut and focused palate with slate, steel, mineral-like acidity, refined texture, and savoury and fruit characters
