Tasting Notes Deep dark red; iodine, caper berries, grated dark chocolate, bread-and-butter pudding, blueberry, cumin, cardamom and turmeric aromas; velvety palate with bitter chocolate, wet bitumen, dark fruits, molasses or maple-like richness, sweet soy, integrated oak and tannins, and a lingering finish.
