Tasting Notes Impenetrably dark colour; aromas of soot, blacksmith’s anvil, boot polish, black pudding, marrow, pan scrapings, bay leaf, black cherry, dark chocolate and Chinotto; a rich, lush, dense and energetic palate with walnut, polished tannins and a lingering finish.
