Production Details Hand-picked fruit was chilled overnight to about 12°C, air-bag pressed, and settled in stainless steel for 24 hours. The juice was transferred to French oak barriques; 80% was inoculated and 20% fermented naturally. Fermentation was slow and cool. Approximately 25% of barrels underwent malolactic fermentation over about six weeks, with monthly lees stirring.
Tasting Notes Light straw with golden tints; oatmeal, peach, honey, struck match and vanilla spice; focused acidity, mealy tropical fruit, subtle oak, savoury and mineral flavors, creaminess, and a long persistent finish
