Production Details All varieties were hand-picked and sorted separately. Portions of Grenache Blanc and Roussanne received approximately four months of skin contact; 48% of the final blend was skin-contacted. Sulphur was withheld until fermentation had finished or the extended-contact lots were drained.
Tasting Notes Perfumed and floral, with mineral or rock-like phenolics and palate-shaping skin and fruit tannin.
