Production Details Both varieties were hand-picked, whole-bunch pressed straight off their skins and cold settled in stainless steel. The wine remained in tank on lees for five months. The technical panel describes it as dry and reports “TA 7.54,” but supplies neither a unit nor an acid-equivalent basis, so that figure is not proposed as canonical total acidity.
Tasting Notes Pale salmon; bright and fragrant, with fresh red berries, watermelon, subtle pink grapefruit and white florals; crisp, dry and refreshing, with raspberry, redcurrant and cranberry fruit, zippy acidity and a subtly grippy mouthfeel.
