Production Details Destemmed fruit was fermented on skins for 10 days in open fermenters, with gentle plunging three times daily. The wine was pressed directly to oak to complete secondary fermentation, then matured for 12 months in 10% new and 90% seasoned French oak.
Tasting Notes Black cherry, ripe plum, lifted red fruit, fresh herbs, vanillin spice, dark fruit, wild herbs and cedar; medium-to-full-bodied, balanced, with velvety tannins.
