Production Details Hand-plunged three times daily; the Grenache, Shiraz and Mourvèdre parcels were kept separate until final blending. Maturation was 12 months in 10% new French oak with the balance in seasoned French oak. The page lists TA as 6.32 without a unit or analytical basis, so it is not normalized as total_acidity_gl. It also labels the harvest period “29th February - 20th March”; because 29 February did not exist in 2023, that date is retained as a source inconsistency rather than a canonical harvest date.
Tasting Notes Mulberry, black cherry, sweet spice and Christmas-cake aromas; luscious red-cherry palate with assertive youthful tannins.

Free and total sulfur are reported as 22 and 69 mg/L. Grenache and Mourvèdre reportedly spent around 9 months in four- to five-year-old oak; Shiraz spent 14 months in oak, including 10% new oak. The same page separately says batches remained apart until barrel selection after 18 months, leaving an unresolved internal maturation-duration inconsistency.
