Production Details A three-vineyard McLaren Vale blend: Blewitt Springs contributes bright fruit, the Coriole Estate vineyard savoury structure, and Willunga earthy richness. The winemaking targets a softer, juicier Shiraz with subtle tannins.
Tasting Notes Boysenberry, black tea, tobacco leaf, lavender and summer pudding on the nose; plum, cherry, soft oak and violet on a soft, vibrant palate, with approachable tannins and sustained fruit length.
Food Pairing Greek cuisine, particularly slow-roasted lamb shoulder with rosemary, garlic and lemon, served with torn pita, chargrilled vegetables and garlic sauce.
