Production Details The cool, wet La Niña season produced naturally moderate yields; careful vineyard management mitigated disease pressure and delivered clean, healthy fruit. The first red grapes were picked in March, and Shiraz yields were below average.
Tasting Notes Lifted aromas of fresh mulberry, vanilla and lavender; a bright, fresh palate of dark cherry, blackberry, boysenberry, fresh plum and white pepper, with fine long tannins, subtle oak and lingering fruit sweetness.
Food Pairing Grilled meats or richly flavoured mixed grilled vegetables; may also be enjoyed without food.
