Production Details A 3-tonne parcel was crushed/destemmed, fermented at 24–28°C with pump-overs and regular hand plunging, gently pressed at 2 Baumé, finished fermentation and MLF in tank, then the best barrels were selected after maturation.
Tasting Notes Deep red with purple hues; blackberry, violet, graphite and white pepper aromas; full-bodied black plum, forest fruit and dark chocolate palate with fine French oak, dense tannins, firm acidity and a lingering finish.

Production Details A 1.8-tonne parcel from a 0.4-hectare, 11-row block was crushed/destemmed, fermented at 24–28°C with hand plunging, gently pressed at 2 Baumé, finished fermentation in tank, completed MLF in barrel, and yielded a limited release of 100 dozen.
Tasting Notes Deep red with purple hues; spicy ripe mulberry, violet, graphite and white pepper aromas; full-bodied black plum, ripe blueberry and forest-fruit palate with fine velvety tannins and a lingering fruit finish.
