Production Details Fruit was crushed and destemmed, fermented at 25°C, and the cap was managed with regular aerative pump-overs; the wine was then blended, filtered, and bottled without fining.
Tasting Notes Deep red with purple hues; rose petal, blackcurrant pastille, cassis, dark chocolate, mocha, cloves and spice; rich, plush dark forest fruit and Turkish delight, with firm acidity, dense tannins, and a warm lingering fruit finish.
