Production Details Viognier canes in the Boodjidup Vineyard were cut at optimal flavour ripeness. The fruit dried on the trellis for one month, concentrating flavours and sugars in the shrivelled berries, before being handpicked from the very low-yielding vineyard.
Tasting Notes Straw yellow with golden hues; spicy baked apricots and pears, lemon zest, citrus blossom and toffee orange peel; lusciously sweet with subtle lemon acidity, apricot purée, lemon curd, ginger spice and tropical fruit.
