Production Details Destemmed, then crushed with open rollers to introduce whole berries; fermented for 6–7 days at 24–26°C. Sixty-five percent of the blend included a small amount of Viognier for co-fermentation, while 35% did not. Skin contact was used.
Tasting Notes Deep red with purple hues; boysenberry, black cherry, aromatic floral notes, white pepper and subtle savoury spice; full-bodied with brambly fruit, liquorice, oak spice, velvety tannins, length and persistence.
