Production Details Full-skins fermentation and cloudy-juice fermentation, followed by wild fermentation across foudre, puncheon, barrique and tank.
Tasting Notes Pale yellow with green and bronze tinges; floral and tropical aromas including frangipani, lantana, blackcurrant and feijoa, with dried shiitake, sandalwood and chicory-coffee nuances; creamy yet fresh and crunchy palate with durian, feijoa, blackcurrant, mango and tarragon; lightly tannic, dry pear-skin finish with lingering sandalwood-incense character.
