Tasting Notes Bright pale straw with a subtle green tinge; peach, mandarin peel, preserved lemon, pine forest, native sage, roasted cashew, struck flint and wet stone; layered palate with saline character, peach, sage, ginger, fennel, kaffir lime and biscotti; long, dry, tightly structured finish.
