Production Details Hand-harvested fruit was destemmed as whole berries; 100% whole-berry wild fermentation used multiple daily pump-overs, oxidative handling, and extended maceration. The wine was blended and filtered before bottling.
Tasting Notes Deep garnet with a purple-black tinge; fragrant black and red berries, autumn leaves, liquorice root, vetiver, wet stone, mushroom powder, native peppery tree, potpourri, dried orange rind, and sandalwood; plump, succulent palate with fresh acidity, fine-grained tannins, lingering dark berries, liquorice, and lantana blossom.
