Production Details All fruit was hand-picked and destemmed. Merlot was cold soaked, warmed, seeded for primary fermentation, and extracted by pump overs below 32°C. The wine was bottled on 4 August 2025.
Tasting Notes Medium-to-deep bright ruby; plum, blackberry, dark cherry, violet, spice, and earthy aromas; medium-to-full-bodied with black cherry and mulberry fruit, supple defined tannins, fresh acidity, and a savoury finish
