Production Details Fruit was hand-picked, destemmed and sorted. Fermentation was temperature-controlled to a maximum of 32°C and the ferments were hand-plunged three times daily.
Tasting Notes Deep brick red with youthful purple hues; blackcurrant, mulberry, bay leaf, cedar, graphite and subtle tar; red currant, dark cherry and blackberry; fine persistent tannins, fresh acidity and restrained oak.
