Production Details Parcels were settled, racked and inoculated after skin contact and run-off. Following fermentation, the wine was lightly fined, fully stabilised and sterile filtered. Average Brix was 22.0; bottling occurred 29–30 June 2026, with release in July 2026.
Tasting Notes Bright salmon colour; pink grapefruit, watermelon rind, rosehip and a subtle savoury note; fresh raspberry, pomegranate, goji berry and cranberry; balanced woven acidity and a clean finish
