Production Details Selected Shiraz parcels were individually berry sorted and cold soaked, fermented in open and closed fermenters with daily plunging and pumping over, matured in barrel, assembled, egg-white fined, and sterile filtered.
Tasting Notes Mulberry, boysenberry, black pastille, fennel frond, black cardamom, nutmeg, violet, dark cherry, plum, raspberry, dark chocolate, and anise; rich and layered with structural tannins and buoyant acidity.
