Production Details Fruit from a small, single-vineyard planting in Karridale was harvested in its entirety as a very small batch, collected clean and whole in the cool morning, pressed, fermented on skins in open-topped stainless steel, then finished and matured in older French-oak barriques.
Tasting Notes Jammy red plum, raspberry, cardamom, white pepper, liquorice, charcoal smoke and graphite aromas; soft, juicy berry fruit, cinnamon and juniper, vibrant acidity, and fine approachable tannins.
