Production Details 100% Chardonnay. Grown on high slopes of Ferguson Valley on eastern facing slopes to retain natural acidity and delicacy. Fruit picked in cool of night to retain freshness. Processed immediately, only the most delicate juice captured. Primary ferment in used French oak barriques. Left on lees to encourage texture and complexity. Blended before secondary ferment encouraged and bottled. Fermentation: 100% used French oak barriques.
