Production Details 35th consecutive vintage of famous SSB. Primary fruit grown at estate in Wilyabrup on 38-year-old Semillon vines, supplemented with Sauvignon Blanc from cooler Karridale sub-region in south of Margaret River. Fermented in stainless steel tanks at cool temperature by selected yeasts. 2021 SSB considered one of best ever released. Gold Medal Winner at 2021 Margaret River Wine Show. Fermentation: 100% Stainless Steel.
