Production Details Fruit was hand-picked and cooled, then bunch- and berry-sorted by hand. Whole berries underwent natural fermentation in large-format barriques at ambient cellar temperature, with hand plunging. After 20–30 days with skins and seeds, the wine was pressed directly back into the same barrels. It received light filtration before bottling.
Tasting Notes Smooth, rich and full-bodied, with blackberry, blueberry, strawberry and raspberry flavors and layered silky tannins
