Production Details Fruit came from a single block of the Leston vineyard and was hand-picked and hand-sorted in the cool of the morning; wild fermentation included 25% whole bunches, followed by 10 days on skins and pressing to large-format French oak.
Tasting Notes Redcurrant, cranberry, black cherry, plum, fresh sage, cracked white pepper, cinnamon, earth and spice; finely textured powdery tannins and a long, persistent finish.
