Tasting Notes Gooseberry, pear, lychee, basil, lemon verbena, cut grass, ruby grapefruit, quince, finger lime, lemon and lime pulp; vibrant and finely textured, with crisp citrus-led acidity, chalky minerality, and a bright lime-zest finish.
Food Pairing Charred octopus, shaved fennel, smoked eggplant, and black garlic salt.
