Production Details Selected from individual vineyard blocks and clones; the majority is sourced from Howard Park's Margaret River vineyards, largely in Willyabrup. Each batch is picked at night and processed soon afterward. Fermentation temperature is 18–22°C, and the lees are stirred from the end of fermentation through malolactic fermentation.
Tasting Notes Citrus, melon, white peach, ripe pear, nutmeal, crushed stone, vanilla spice, lemon butter, stone fruit, and brioche; supple and fleshy with fine chalky texture, lively acidity, integrated oak, and a poised, refreshing finish
