Production Details Ultra-low-yielding fruit from the original estate vines and neighbouring Abbey Vale vineyard; ferments were assessed daily, with pump-overs performed as required for gentle extraction of colour, flavour, and tannin.
Tasting Notes Deep redcurrant and mulberry hue; red florals, cherry wood, cedar, currant, cassis, bay leaf, and brine aromas; compact tannins with saline character and flavours of Dutch cacao powder, tobacco, complex spice, and sweet fruit.
