Production Details Hand-picked fruit was crushed into open fermenters and left on skins to develop colour, texture, and vitality.
Tasting Notes Deep gold and pale amber with green tinges; citrus blossom, kumquat, blood orange, yellow nectarine, peach, wild thyme, pink grapefruit, lemon verbena, liquorice, bright minerality, savoury acidity, and a silky finish.
Food Pairing Roast chicken with thyme jus, caramelized garlic, and citrus zest.
