Production Details Fruit was destemmed, lightly crushed, fermented with selected yeasts using gentle extraction, basket pressed by batch, blended, barrel matured, filtered and bottled.
Tasting Notes Medium bright purple; cranberry, cassis, red cherry, pomegranate, fresh oregano, sumac, purple flowers and lavender; light, energetic palate with abundant red fruit, gentle tannins, fresh acidity and vitality.
Food Pairing Rosemary-braised lamb shanks; forest mushroom tortelli with butter and sage; halloumi fries with pomegranate.
