Tasting Notes Bright white appearance; white flowers, white pepper, sea salt, apple tart and bitter almond on the nose; citrus blossom, candied lemon, macadamia, yellow grapefruit, wet stone and gun flint on the palate, with crunchy phenolic grip.
Food Pairing Roast dhufish fillet with lemon cream sauce; pappardelle with mixed wild mushrooms; salmon gravlax with dill and sea salt.
