Tasting Notes Dark purple; dark forest fruits, black cherries, mulberries, spiced oak, Herbes de Provence and violet; dark plum, liquorice, clove and warm spices; full-bodied, rich and concentrated, with firm rounded tannins and a velvety, textural finish.
Food Pairing Moroccan lamb tagine; wild mushroom pilaf; Serrano ham and Manchego croquetas.
