Production Details Vineyard managed with organic and biodynamic practices; tank fermentation and six months on yeast lees were used to preserve aromatic fruit character and pristine acidity.
Tasting Notes Pale gold with green hues; white peach, Meyer lemon, grapefruit, clover blossom and citrus zest aromas; lemon curd, mandarin, chamomile, honeysuckle and fresh marjoram on the palate, with crisp acidity and a long, balanced finish.
