Production Details Handpicked and vineyard-sorted; fermented with 20% whole bunch. The remaining fruit was destemmed without crushing and transferred to vats manually rather than by pump to preserve whole berries.
Tasting Notes Medium colour density with a bright purple hue; lifted strawberry, Asian spice, and a hint of stalk character; sweet-fruited palate with soft tannins and fine balancing acidity.
