Production Details Fruit from Singlefile’s Pinot Noir vineyard in Mount Barker was picked and destemmed, cold-soaked for two days, fermented with twice-daily pump-overs and small oxygen additions, held near 25°C before warming toward fermentation’s end, transferred to barrels for malolactic fermentation, and bottled in February 2025.
Tasting Notes Bright deep plum-red; sour cherry, spice and savoury forest-floor aromas; smooth, subtly textured palate with cherry, raspberry, baking spice and earth; silky integrated tannins, bright acidity and a long savoury finish.
