Production Details Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc parcels were kept separate and fermented at 15°C for 13 days. On 20 March 2025, the wines were racked off their lees and blending trials were conducted.
Tasting Notes Pale, bright and glistening; guava, gooseberry, fresh green pea, floral and mineral aromas; subtly textured and rounded palate with zesty citrus, snow pea, minerality and spice; lingering fruit and a long, refreshing finish.
