Tasting Notes Glacé cherry, savory and dusty notes, vanilla, spice; svelte, satiny, balanced palate with length.

Production Details Fruit was sorted at the winery, incline-destemmed, and transferred as whole berries to open fermenters with 40 ppm SO2. Hand plunging began immediately. After malolactic fermentation the wine received 60 ppm SO2 and was bottled in July 2022.
