Tasting Notes Deep plum-red; currant, blackberry, white pepper, tarragon, rosemary and gentle cedar; dark fruit, spice, crushed-rock minerality, mint and anise; medium-bodied with savoury complexity, smooth drying tannins and a long finish.
Food Pairing Herb-rubbed lamb; duck breast with berry sauce; peppery beef stir-fry.
