Tasting Notes Chamomile tea, oyster shell, wildflowers, pear and river-stone minerality; rich, soft, creamy and mouthwatering, with savoury character, silky texture and a lingering finish.
Food Pairing Sushi and other delicate dishes, including sashimi, lightly seared tuna or crispy tofu.
