Production Details Winemaker: Alexey Alon Doumbouya. Warm days and cool nights in January and February supported even ripening, concentration, and natural acidity.
Tasting Notes Straw with green hints; white stone fruit, lemon zest, jasmine, nougat, flinty minerality and toasted almond; tropical fruit, loquat, vanilla custard, crisp acidity, creamy texture, hazelnut and vanilla.
Food Pairing Roast chicken with herbs and garlic; pork tenderloin with apple reduction; mushroom risotto; or creamy butternut-pumpkin soup with sage.
