Production Details Fruit is sourced predominantly from a single Eden Valley vineyard adjacent to the Yalumba winery on the outskirts of Angaston, near the producer's Viognier vineyards.
Tasting Notes Chamomile tea, oyster shell, creaminess, wildflowers, pears and river-stone minerality; rich, textural, soft and creamy palate with savoury character and a silky, lingering finish.
