Production Details A cool, late growing season followed a wet winter and spring; mild summer conditions with periodic rain helped keep canopies and fruit fresh through the extended season. The producer describes the vines as predominantly dry-grown.
Tasting Notes Glowing gold; preserved lemon, yellow rose, papaya, crystallized ginger, nougat, wild honey and cedar aromas; fresh yet mellow palate with dried pear, poached pear, lemon curd and dried herbs; mineral-acid finish.
