Pressing Method Grapes Handpicked At Veraison And Pressed While Unfermented
Production Details Handpicked at veraison while acidity remained high and sugars were approximately 10%; after pressing, the juice was cold settled and sterile filtered into bottle.
Tasting Notes Pale gold with green hues; lemon blossom, citrus zest, fresh lime, white peach, Granny Smith apple and yellow grapefruit aromas; intense citrus, lemongrass and guava palate with crisp mineral acidity and a refreshing finish.
Food Pairing Suitable with sparkling water as a non-alcoholic spritzer, in salad dressings and cooking, for deglazing after cooking light meats such as chicken, for poaching, and on fresh fruit in place of lemon juice.
